I am sad to have to report that John Packard passed away on January 21st at the age of 69. He was the machinist behind the Packard Pilot and a true steam car enthusiast. I had spoken with John several times over the last year and he helped me to solve some issues I had been having with my pilot as well as manufacturing the majority of the pilot that I am currently running. I'm sure I'm not alone in the steam community when I say that John will be missed.
